Mixing technology for over 30 years
The first prototype of the REDOR agitator was manufactured and tested in 1992. It was a submersible mixer equipped with a waterproof electric motor, co produced with the local market leader of the electric motors and with a fiber glass impeller, designed by REDOR together with the specialists of the Polish Academy of Sciences (PAS), based on the geometry of marine propellers.
We optimize complete mixing units
Using CFD simulations, we determine the optimal shape of impellers, adjusted to the fluid properties, tank dimensions and mixing unit functions. We optimize mixing units taking into account detailed user guidelines, required standards and know-how, striving to maximize the objective function set by the Client.
